Tax Preparation Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing Sybil Kearse for your tax preparation needs. Please review the terms and conditions below before proceeding. By continuing, you agree to the terms outlined on this page and acknowledge your responsibility in the preparation process. Tax Preparation Fees Personal Tax Preparation: $125 Self-Employed / Business Tax Preparation: $175 Multiple State Filings: $15 per additional state Schedule C Calculations (if applicable): Additional $50 Note: These fees are based on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Payment Terms Payment is required upfront and can be remitted via: Cash App Zelle Credit Card (includes an additional processing fee) We do not deduct tax prep fees from your refund to keep your overall cost lower. Please be prepared to make payment upon selecting your service. Additional Terms If your taxes are completed and you later choose not to proceed, a $30 sitting fee will be charged for the time spent preparing your return. Your return will be prepared based solely on the information you provide. Please ensure all documents are accurate and up to date. All clients will be directed to our Client Intake Form after selecting their service. This form is required to begin your tax return process.*
